Job Description:
As a Junior Investment Banking Analyst specializing in Bank Technology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior bankers in executing transactions and delivering advisory services to our clients. You will be involved in financial analysis, industry research, and the preparation of presentations and marketing materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic intersection of finance and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
Perform comprehensive industry research and competitive analysis.
Prepare pitch books, presentations, and confidential information memoranda (CIMs).
Assist in due diligence efforts and transaction execution processes.
Collaborate with senior team members on client engagements and strategic initiatives.
Monitor market trends and developments within the bank technology sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.) is preferred.
