Investment Banking Vice President

Intrepid Investment Bankers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing deal execution phases, and developing valuation analyses and models.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic advice to drive growth and profitability.
- Deal Execution: Oversee all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and pitchbook development.
- Valuation Analysis: Develop and present complex valuation analyses and models to clients, including projections, LBO, DCF, and public comparables.
- Marketing and Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic marketing and business development initiatives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of investment bankers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful deal execution and client satisfaction.
- 5-8 years of experience in sell-side M&A advisory and investment banking
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school
- Demonstrated critical thinking, process-oriented, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly proficient financial analysis and modeling skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and team player
- Self-starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and fast-paced environment
- Significant level of maturity and ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
Intrepid Investment Bankers offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $170,000, discretionary performance-based bonus, and incentive compensation.
