Intrepid Investment Bankers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join our Supply Chain and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing deal execution phases, and developing valuation analyses and models.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Deal Execution: Oversee all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
- Valuation Analysis: Develop and present comprehensive valuation analyses and models to clients and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful deal execution.
- 5-8 years of experience in sell-side M&A advisory and investment banking.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier university.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, process-oriented, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly proficient financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Intrepid Investment Bankers offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $170,000, discretionary performance-based bonus, and incentive compensation.
