About the Role

Intrepid Investment Bankers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing deal execution phases, and developing valuation analyses and models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic advice to drive growth and profitability.
  • Deal Execution: Oversee all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and negotiation.
  • Valuation Analysis: Develop and present comprehensive valuation analyses and models to clients, including financial projections, LBO analysis, and DCF modeling.
  • Pitchbook Development: Create high-quality pitchbooks, information memoranda, and marketing materials to present to clients and prospects.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in sell-side M&A advisory and investment banking
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, process-oriented, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly proficient financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and team-player mindset
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment

Intrepid Investment Bankers offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $170,000, discretionary performance-based bonus, and incentive compensation.
