Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic advice to drive growth and success.
- Deal Execution: Oversee all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
- Valuation Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models, including projections, LBO, DCF, and public comparables.
- Pitchbook Preparation: Create comprehensive pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations to showcase our expertise and drive business growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- 5-8 years of experience in sell-side M&A advisory and investment banking.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, process-oriented, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly proficient financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Self-starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and fast-paced environment.
- Significant level of maturity and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
Intrepid Investment Bankers offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $170,000, discretionary performance-based bonus, and incentive compensation.
