Descrição da vaga Objetivo da posição: Coordenar as atividades de Marketing Digital, focando em áreas de performance e análise de dados, para identificar problemas e potencialidades nas operações e regiões, elaborar e implementar projetos, visando melhorar a visibilidade digital dos hotéis na América do Sul, aumentar a participação de mercado da Accor e garantir a satisfação dos clientes. O seu desafio será: Coordenar a equipe sob sua responsabilidade, selecionando, desenvolvendo, acompanhando o desempenho e estimulando o engajamento e produtividade dos colaboradores. Garantir o foco em dados e análises recorrentes de cada um dos seus perímetros de atuação, fornecendo informações atuais e relevantes para a estratégia de e-commerce. Representar as necessidades de marketing digital das regiões junto às demais áreas de negócios da Accor. Alinhar estratégias de performance regional com as equipes de Revenue Management Business Intelligence, Distribuição, Marketing e Vendas. Coordenar a prospecção e desenvolvimento de parcerias relativas à área, no mercado, efetuando avaliações de ações, materiais, níveis de serviços e aprovando notas fiscais Acompanhar com pensamento tático-estratégico as métricas pertinentes à área. Executar consolidação de resultados e apresentações de acordo com a necessidade da área. Coordenar as ações conjuntas e sinergia das necessidades de cada uma de suas regiões de atuação. Garantir que o fluxo de atendimento às demandas dos hotéis via abertura de chamados siga uma qualidade ótima em relação ao cumprimento de prazos e qualidade de entregas. Mapear as necessidades dos hotéis em relação a treinamentos e informações e desenvolver ações para garantir o suprimento dessas necessidades, em tempo adequado para a operação hoteleira ter uma percepção de qualidade na entrega. Identificar as oportunidades e necessidades dos hotéis que possam gerar pautas deconteúdos interessantes para os blogs das marcas, bem como acompanhar a produção, otimização em SEO e subida em produção dos artigos nos canais oficiais da empresa. Mobilizar a área de operações e hotéis sobre a responsabilidade dos mesmos na correta manutenção de seus canais digitais, bem como monitorar esse desempenho (content score) nos canais proprietários e principais canais de distribuição da Accor, como Trivago, Booking, Expedia e outros. Identificar melhorias dentro de sua própria área de atuação e estruturação de projetos consistentes para levar a área e a Accor a um próximo patamar de qualidade. Elaborar relatórios diversos pertinentes à área. Fazer bom uso e zelar pela conservação das instalações, mobiliário, equipamentos, ferramentas e materiais a que tem acesso, bem como cuidar da organização e limpeza de seu local de trabalho. Praticar os valores da Accor e seguir as práticas e políticas internas em vigência. Executar outras atribuições correlatas, de acordo com a necessidade da área e a critério do superior imediato. Qualificações Pré-requisitos: Ensino superior completo Experiência consolidadaem agências de marketing, empresas nativas digitais e hotelaria. Experiência comanálise de dados de e-commerce e digital analytics, afim de buscar ações para aumento de receita e vendas. Experiência com Growth Marketing Inglês avançado Conhecimentos específicos: G oogle Meu Negócio Google Analytics Search Console Pacote Office (Excel Avançado) Métricas-chave de desempenho (KPIs) como conversão, custo por aquisição (CPA), retorno sobre investimento (ROI), lifetime value (LTV), entre outras. Diferenciais: Conhecimentos de ferramentas de performance, mídia e inteligência artificial. Habilidade em projeção de vendas e definição de metas Especializações emMarketing Digital, Mídia, Metodologias Ágeis, Marketing de Performance, Revenue Management, Inteligência Artificial.
