Head of Sales

Our Head of Sales will direct sales objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services. The essential duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and objectives
- Achieve revenue targets by month through sales of Redflag AI Blacklight product to sports, publishing, and streaming content owners
- Grow revenue by $45k per month through new client acquisition for the next 12 months
- Maintain current clients revenue and find opportunities to increase contract sizes over the next 24 months
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customers, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes
- Oversee the company's sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- After 2 months of revenue growth, hire a sales development associate to expand the funnel of lead generation
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion, continuously monitoring and adjusting sales strategies as needed
- Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates, leveraging insights to enhance sales effectiveness
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales campaigns and initiatives across various channels and customer segments and deliver monthly forecast reports that become 90% accurate after 3 months
- Prepare weekly dashboard for leadership to highlight sales efforts and progress toward goals
Education and work experience requirements are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of direct, growth-focused experience in sales; startup sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience as a senior sales professional
- Experience in IT / business to business preferred

Our base pay philosophy is important:
At Redflag, we strive for salary range transparency in our hiring process. We always post our base salary range on our job openings, regardless of if it is required by state and local laws, as well as discuss candidates' salary expectations during our initial interview. This helps us put pay equity across our organization top of mind during the hiring process. Base salary is only part of your total compensation and rewards package, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant in the form of stock options and a bonus plan.

Base salary range: $100-120k base, $400k OTE
