We're looking for a Client Services Associate, working in Financial Services industry in Austin, Texas, United States.

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller's tax issue.
  • Leverage a communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Document activity discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs.
  • Work in a structured, fast paced environment.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas while completing tasks within guidelines
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Strong MS Office skill
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Advanced problem-solving skills while remaining flexible when adapting to change
