Fanning Personnel has an immediate need for a Registered Client Service Associate for a boutique wealth management firm in the Austin, TX area on a full-time direct hire basis. The Registered Client Service Associate will serve as a resource for the sole proprietor and manage all aspects of client service and execute on operational needs in a timely manner. In this role you will serve as the voice of the firm, working independently and taking initiative to resolve client issues.
Registered Client Associate Responsibilities:
- Client interactions: Setting up accounts, sharing progress with financial advisors, and leading client interactions
- Educating clients: Informing clients on account services and capabilities, such as how to use online services and paperless options
- Building portfolios: Building customer portfolios and preparing portfolio materials for client meetings
- Sales support: Providing sales support and giving quotes to customers
- Document collection: Collecting documentation to set up new accounts
- Communication: Keeping in touch with clients through various communication channels, such as email and birthday cards
Registered Client Service Associate Requirements:
- 2–5 years operational experience within the financial-services industry, preferably in a broker/dealer or registered-investment-adviser environment
- Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues
- Tech savvy and proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel
- An understanding of appropriate paperwork and procedures necessary to process transactions
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Completion of Series 7 and Series 63 (or equivalent)
