MARKETING COORDINATOR

Sunnyvale, CA Experience:

2 – 6 Years Duties/Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs, including brick-and-mortar events such as trade shows, meet-ups, and executive meets, as well as webinars, content syndication programs, B2B social marketing, and other digital marketing activities Lead cross-functional team, including business development and sales, to manage event presence and execution Set up and tear down booth and drive traffic to the booth by actively engaging and networking with prospects Diligently monitor and report on event performance and document what worked as well as areas for improvement ensure robust follow-up with leads Provide ad hoc support for various other marketing activities, depending on interest and skills Education and Experience

2-6 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: marketing coordination/execution, event management, demand generation, lead generation, inside sales Track record of diligent, best-practice execution and optimization of programs Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Diploma from accredited college/university Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with B2B SaaS companies in the contact center/customer experience/knowledge management space is a plus. 20% travel will be required Personal Attributes

The base salary range is $60,000 to $100,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
