Job Description

Position: Marketing Event Coordinator

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Experience: 0-2 years


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs, including brick-and-mortar events such as trade shows, meet-ups, and executive meets, as well as webinars and digital marketing programs. Lead cross-functional team, including business development and sales, to manage event presence and execution
  • Set up and tear down booth and drive traffic to the booth by actively engaging and networking with prospects
  • Diligently monitor and report on event performance and document what worked as well as areas for improvement to ensure robust follow-up with leads
  • Provide ad hoc support for various other marketing activities, depending on interest and skills


Education and Experience

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in event marketing coordination and execution in the tech industry Track record of diligent, best-practice execution and optimization of programs
  • Diploma from an accredited college/university
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS companies in the contact center/customer experience/knowledge management space is a plus.
  • 20% travel will be required

Compensation

  • The base salary range is $60,000 to $90,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
  • Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Restricted stock or stock option grants, subject to company policies and performance.
