**Experience/Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of experience as a retail category manager or a similar role.

- Proficient in financial data analysis with the ability to make strong business recommendations.

- Exceptional skills in inventory management and Point of Sale systems; NetSuite and Square preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain integrity in physical and digital inventory records.

- Lead the selection and purchasing of products, optimizing for future seasons.

- Analyze various data sets to assess risk and make informed decisions on stock levels, pricing, and promotions.

- Work closely with the CFO and accounting team on project management and strategic initiatives.

- Communicate clearly and concisely within the team and across departments.
