Your best life awaits.Our Newest Opportunity: The Client Service Specialist supports the sales and client management staff by assisting with group enrollment, renewal processes and additional administrative functions that are designed to improve and enhance workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Assists with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriersCollects missing information from groups and sends approval letters to clientsCompletes and/or coordinates quotes and proposals for all new and renewal businessUpdates census, policy information and commissions for all accounts and policiesAssists with renewals and new business applicationsAttaches applications to appropriate client file in Microsoft CRMProcesses all outgoing packages, shipments, mail, etc. and coordinates all presentation materialsFollows-up on service issues or coordinates through Customer Advocate Center (CAC) and acts as phone back-up for call overflowQualifications, Skills and Requirements:Strong attention to detailPositive, can-do attitudeSelf-motivated, flexible and disciplinedAbility to work independently as well as in team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced production environmentExperience:2+ years' applicable job experience, preferredProficient with Microsoft Office products, requiredPrior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferredFamiliarity with insurance carrier websites, preferredProven track record in customer service; preferredBachelor's Degree, preferredFamiliarity with database applications, a plusThe typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $27 to $33 per hour.Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
