As a Client Relations Specialist, you will engage directly with clients to guarantee a superior level of satisfaction, particularly when any discrepancies or oversights occur during their experience.
Your role will involve collaborating with management and field personnel to devise solutions for clients who may have faced dissatisfaction.
You will coordinate with subcontractors to arrange necessary repairs should any damage arise in a client's residence.
Following up with clients after recent appointments will be essential to ensure that our company is fulfilling its commitment to exceptional service.
Utilizing customer feedback, you will identify trends and training needs across various departments within the organization.
Proactively reaching out to clients to discuss their service satisfaction will be key in fostering long-term relationships.
Timely responses to company reviews will be part of your responsibilities.
As a recognized expert in customer service, you will be a vital resource within the organization.
Your work schedule will need to be flexible to accommodate the demands of the Client Experience team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with insurance and remediation companies.
- Background in de-escalating challenging situations with clients.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous.
