We are also in the process of planning and building a new distribution center in the Newmanstown, PA, area.

We seek to hire a full-time Worker’s Compensation Claims Coordinator to provide proactive and aggressive claims management.

The Worker’s Compensation Claims Coordinator will perform the following:

  • Directly handle & manage all aspects of Worker’s Compensation claims & strategic planning within a large/shared multi-million-dollar Group Captive Insurance Program.
  • Partner with the third-party administrator, legal team, nurse case management, and surveillance team to monitor and manage WC claims and losses aggressively.
  • Direct interaction and communication with personnel and leadership at all levels of the organization, discussing all matters pertaining to claims and processes.
  • Maintain database and record keeping while utilizing data to establish and track metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Leadership Team and Safety/Training Management to effectively support and accomplish organizational and departmental missions and goals.
  • Provide support to the Leadership Team handling General Liability & Auto Liability claims.

Position Qualifications:

  • Prior experience operating in a large Group Captive Insurance Program highly preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
