With a workforce exceeding 500 individuals, our organization is on a trajectory of growth, currently operating from two locations in Pennsylvania and planning the establishment of a new distribution center in the surrounding area.
We are in search of a full-time Workers Compensation Claims Coordinator to oversee and enhance our claims management processes.
Key Responsibilities of the Workers Compensation Claims Coordinator:
- Manage and oversee all facets of Workers Compensation claims within a substantial Group Captive Insurance Program.
- Collaborate with third-party administrators, legal advisors, nurse case managers, and surveillance teams to proactively manage and monitor claims and associated losses.
- Engage in direct communication with personnel and leadership across all organizational levels regarding claims and procedural matters.
- Maintain accurate databases and records, utilizing data to establish metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work alongside the Human Resources Leadership Team and Safety/Training Management to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
- Assist the Leadership Team in managing General Liability and Auto Liability claims.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a large Group Captive Insurance Program is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
