Position Overview
This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, with the second shift commencing at 11 AM and concluding at 7 PM.
Role Responsibilities
The Claims Call Center is responsible for managing incoming inquiries from American Express Card Members who wish to initiate an insurance claim. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering prompt and professional assistance to meet client needs. This includes:
- Providing detailed information regarding benefits and coverage.
- Facilitating the initiation of new claims.
- Updating clients on the status of existing claims.
These services are available in real-time from 7 AM to 7 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following key attributes:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Analytical abilities to review and interpret policy coverage and claim statuses.
- Effective task management and prioritization skills.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with high-end clientele.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
