We are currently seeking a dedicated Workers Compensation Claims Coordinator to take charge of comprehensive claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facets of Workers Compensation claims within a substantial Group Captive Insurance Program.
- Collaborate with third-party administrators, legal advisors, nurse case managers, and surveillance teams to proactively monitor and manage claims.
- Engage in direct communication with personnel and leadership across the organization regarding claims and related processes.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, utilizing data to track metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work alongside the Human Resources Leadership Team and Safety/Training Management to support organizational objectives.
- Assist the Leadership Team with General Liability and Auto Liability claims management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a large Group Captive Insurance Program is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
