The Territory Account Manager, Visitor Management
reports to the Vice President and Workforce Identity Management BU Head. Primary responsibilities are to grow and maintain revenue, maximize Visitor Management footprint via new logo acquisition of Visitor Management customers. The Territory Account Manager, Visitor Management must effectively identify new opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations. The Territory Account Manager, Visitor Management role will be responsible to sell HID Visitor Management software for a defined territory as well as engage with current and perspective partners.

As our
Territory Account Manager, Visitor Management
, you’ll support HID’s success by:
Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual individual targets
Maintaining an updated and accurating forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)
Managing and performing lead qualification tasks in line with the Workforce Visitor Management Playbook.
Working on opportunities for selling and upselling our Visitor Management Solutions
Recording and maintaining all activities in Salesforce
Planning and conducting presentations of HID Visitor Management Solutions to end users, consultants and resellers.
Developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with pre-sales technical support to ensure that End Users receive the assistance they require.
Understanding of the HID Advantage Partner Program (APP)

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations
Extensive network of customers and advocates in market
Successful development and execution of territory planning in order to build required pipeline to achieve quota
Background working in both a direct and indirect sales model
Experience working with and enabling channel partners
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in new business development.
Proven & verifiable track record of successful quota achievement
An ability to communicate and present solutions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be fluent in business English (Written & verbal)
Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
Your Experience and Education include:
BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry
Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.com
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Proficient with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
