Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical manufacturing vendors. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and optimize pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and quality assurance goals.
  2. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand project requirements and ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business objectives. Act as a liaison between clients and vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.

  7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools and software to analyze procurement data, track performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for decision-making purposes. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) preferred. Or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst or similar role within the electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management principles, and vendor relations.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
