The Opportunity:

The Lead has strong people-driven transformation experience, working directly with executive and leadership teams across the human-led aspects of change.

The Role:
  • Owns key client relationships and leads B4Z project teams to land outstanding outcomes for both the client and our business
  • Delivers transformational consulting across purpose & strategy, leadership-driven culture change, leadership effectiveness and strategy mobilisation
  • Hustles and develops new and existing client relationships through nurturing networks, spotting challenges and uncovering opportunities for growth
  • Coaches, mentors and grows the team, giving regular feedback
About you:
  • Experienced in leading consulting projects across the human aspects of strategic transformation
  • Comfortable facilitating C-Suite strategic conversations in the context of setting overall direction
  • Up for building a business and the energy required to play a pivotal role in helping us grow (globally) from 60 - to 150 people
  • A brilliant coach and mentor with a passion for developing others
