Our client, a leading provider of professional services to residential communities throughout the DC/VA/MD area, has partnered with PrideStaff to provide on call concierge support.
Location: Northern Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland
Pay: $20.00/Hour
Schedule: variable, mostly weekends.Shifts will be up to 8 or 12 hours.
Job Summary:
The Concierge acts as the first point of contact between the apartment residents and the property management teams. Should be customer driven. Able to work within the DMV area and the ideal candidate will have weekend availability, customer service experience and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely and respectful manner
- Completing front desk logs,
- Keeping organized, package rooms, submitting amenity reservations and freight elevators
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, process packages, etc.
- Ensure that the lobby is always clean and tidy.
- Patrol property and amenity spaces for some locations
- Anticipated resident needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional experience.
- Provide administrative support to property management teams as needed.
- Working weekends or evenings depending on the shift
- Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule with open availability.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment.
- Competent working with Microsoft office suite.
- Possess a positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
