Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor at Aramark, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our conference center. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and train our Guest Services Support Staff to provide 24/7 coverage, ensuring that our guests receive world-class service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate registration functions and transportation for all guests
- Train Front Desk/Concierge personnel using established training programs
- Oversee front desk and concierge tasks to ensure seamless guest service
- Handle guest mail, messages, and special deliveries
- Coordinate reservations for guest transportation
- Utilize the property management system to ensure accurate and efficient operations
- Assist guests with any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong knowledge of personal computers and software applications
- Experience in guest services and leadership roles
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
