This position requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual capable of overseeing, under the direction of the Dispatch Supervisor, the field service activities of a busy district office. The candidate must work effectively with the service team to improve field operation efficiencies and support the district operation.
OBJECTIVES:
Provide superior customer service via phone and email.
Ensure quick turnaround on District service calls.
Respond promptly to Key Account group and customers.
Communicate effectively with Service Technicians.
Cross-train in multiple areas of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all aspects of customer service including answering calls, entering customer information, scheduling service calls, dispatching Technicians, providing quotes, driving upgrades, and ordering parts.
Collect all required service call information and relay it clearly in the system.
Provide updates on order status to customers and Key Account group.
Forward new equipment sales leads to Sales Representatives.
Maintain monthly reports for key customers.
Act as the liaison between production and sales.
Assist with corporate calls.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience in field service industry.
Professional appearance and pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to take direction.
Team player with a high-energy, results-oriented approach.
Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
Overtime may be required occasionally.
