We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator to become a vital part of our Service BDC team. The ideal candidate should be a friendly, collaborative individual who excels in a fast-paced customer service environment and possesses a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange service appointments for the service department
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications to schedule service appointments, follow up with clients after their visits, conduct appointment reminder calls, and perform various tasks to meet our customers' vehicle requirements
  • Execute various administrative duties utilizing our computer systems
  • Assist customers with inquiries through online chat
  • Support Business Development Managers and Agents with customer-related activities

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening capabilities
  • Professional telephone manners and a solid customer service orientation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly under pressure
  • Proficient in navigating various computer applications efficiently
