We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Coordinator to become a vital part of our Service BDC team. Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange service appointments for the service department
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications to schedule service appointments, follow up with clients after their visits, conduct appointment reminder calls, and perform various tasks to meet our customers' vehicle requirements
- Execute various administrative duties utilizing our computer systems
- Assist customers with inquiries through online chat
- Support Business Development Managers and Agents with customer-related activities
Essential Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening capabilities
- Professional telephone manners and a solid customer service orientation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly under pressure
- Proficient in navigating various computer applications efficiently
