About the Position:
Orbis Clinical, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new client leads to support the Business Development Team of a specific Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This individual will be highly motivated, and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

What you'll do:
Elevate relationships in client organizations utilizing the SBU's management and increase penetration and sales within existing accounts.
Identify and secure new business and develop new contacts - the ability to set meetings with new clients and existing clients.
Be knowledgeable and proficient in representing all services to accounts and prospects. This includes but is not limited to, the following: Anti-Fee business model, Talent Mapping, RPO, Small Business Platform, new placement knowledge, areas of expertise, and any new developments within the SBU.
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to identify appropriate potential clients.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree.
Six months of experience working in the life sciences industry.
Must have a solid sense of independence yet thrive in a team environment.
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment and strong active listening and interpersonal skills; strong orientation toward providing quality service to clients.
Salary: $65,000 Annually
