In this role, you will leverage your Systems Engineering and MBSE experience to support the USAF by developing, implementing, and deploying Digital Engineering solutions. You will improve our current platform, capture requirements, facilitate discussions, and enhance the digital engineering culture. You will also engage with other engineers, fostering understanding and assisting in developing Engineering, Integration, and Logistics work products. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 9 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 7 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have a Secret Clearance, and be able to obtain TS/SCI Record of applying systems engineering and digital engineering/MBSE methods with creative thought leadership to develop revolutionary digital engineering solutions across commercial, defense, federal civilian, or national security customer groups. Domain knowledge about defense, space, or information technology. Engagement with the larger community (Industry, Government, and Academia) to stay updated with the latest trends and emerging technologies, approaches, methods, and techniques to enhance digital engineering capabilities. Mentorship abilities for training others on our solutions and standards, as well as supporting proposals and business development activities. Demonstrated presentation and writing skills. Intermediate/Advanced experience using enterprise modeling tools (e.g. Cameo/Magic Draw) to model complex systems using SysML. Broad systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPS, systems verification). Experience in giving presentations and interfacing with USAF customers Experience with ICBM weapon systems Desired Skills and Qualifications: OMG Certified System Modeling Professional (OSCMP). Experience leading SE teams through all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle using Digital Engineering (MBSE). Knowledge of DODI 5000.02 and JCIDS process. Practical experience with IEEE 15288. INCOSE Certification (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP) dependent on experience. Experience or familiarity with the administration of Model Based Engineering tools.
