This position is US-based and does not provide visa sponsorship.

What you will be doing:
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing the SHL portfolio of customers.
  • Become a science-based talent management solutions authority and thought leader and share our research with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal consulting and product teams to provide insight-led knowledge and guidance to customers, enabling them to transform their talent practices.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and networks, develop relationships with C-Suite executives, craft and present solutions, and convert 'conversations to contracts.'
  • Taking complete ownership and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Directing sales pipeline through CRM and providing timely and accurate information to the management team.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
  • Successful B2B product or solution sales and comfortable directing sales process
  • Experience and confidence with C-Suite negotiations and partnership development
  • Rigor around whitespace evaluation, stakeholder mapping, forecasting, and pipeline management
Desirable:
  • Experience in consulting, Saas, Professional Services environment, ideally HR/talent Assessment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation experience
  • Business acumen and drive, and ability to work with ambiguity
