Every design contains unique features maximizing performance to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

MANUFACTURING INTERN POSITION:
Our Manufacturing Interns will gain hands on experience with our production process which will in turn strengthen your design abilities. We firmly believe that our Design Team has strengthened their abilities to design products from spending time on the production side of our business. As a result, our interns will gain hands on experience with; sandblasting, our cerakote/curing process, laser engraving, hand assembly, shipping and inventory organization.

MANUFACTURING INTERN JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Prepare parts and assist in the sand blasting/ceracote/curing process.
  • Learn how to operate and assist with our laser engraving process.
  • Help hand assemble parts into our finished product.
  • Package product and prepare orders to ship.
  • Assist with inventory tracking of both parts and assembled products.
  • Ensure standards are met via our quality control process for parts and assembled products.
  • Troubleshoot part/product issues and identify potential design flaws.
  • Work with Engineering team to make suggestions in improving overall design quality of products.
  • Assist in the design of new and current products as needed.
MANUFACTURING INTERN QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must currently reside in Columbia, Missouri Area or relocate to the area
  • REQUIRED; Positive attitude and hard worth ethic.
  • REQUIRED; Experience with Solidworks
  • REQUIRED: Attention to details
  • PREFERRED; Knowledge of gun sights
  • Flexibility in your schedule; can potentially work some weekends as needed when product demand fluctuates.
