Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing project activities and client interactions from inception to completion.
- Ensuring consistent and direct communication with clients.
- Managing alterations to project scope, timelines, and budgets through effective verification methods.
- Coordinating internal schedules and resources for on-site tasks, including installation, commissioning, qualification, and equipment handover.
- Aligning external schedules and resources with clients and third-party vendors.
- Monitoring project milestones, critical items, and pathways.
- Tracking unresolved issues and punch list items.
- Accountable for project costs, quality, and timelines.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Generating design and specification documentation.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients and internal team members.
Special Tasks:
- Upholding processes and guidelines related to the project management team.
- Setting and tracking internal goals.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years in project management, or 1 year in project management within European firms.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Genuine interest in technology and intellectual curiosity.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Capability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and other project management software.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Customer-focused approach with a strong service mindset.
- High cognitive ability and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
