Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing project activities and client interactions from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring consistent and direct communication with clients.
  • Managing alterations to project scope, timelines, and budgets through effective verification methods.
  • Coordinating internal schedules and resources for on-site tasks, including installation, commissioning, qualification, and equipment handover.
  • Aligning external schedules and resources with clients and third-party vendors.
  • Monitoring project milestones, critical items, and pathways.
  • Tracking unresolved issues and punch list items.
  • Accountable for project costs, quality, and timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Generating design and specification documentation.
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients and internal team members.

Special Tasks:

  • Upholding processes and guidelines related to the project management team.
  • Setting and tracking internal goals.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years in project management, or 1 year in project management within European firms.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Genuine interest in technology and intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Capability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and other project management software.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong service mindset.
  • High cognitive ability and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
