The Program Specialist for Commercial Lending is responsible for administrative support for the department that includes both clerical and program coordination activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Assists in coordinating and carrying out the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Lending department; monitors participants for program compliance in accordance with established program guidelines and regulations. Acts as a liaison between internal and external customers and Authority departments, responds to internal/external customer inquiries regarding policies and procedures. Processes a variety of documents including, but not limited to multi-family loan applications, tax credits, tax-exempt applications. Performs routine clerical work involving filing, typing, copying, answering phones, distributing materials and mail, and performing other related tasks. Prepares and maintains program records and related reports; monitors and maintains data integrity in computer systems and/or physical files.
