The Infection Prevention Manager is responsible for all activities and total nursing care delivered within the IP Department. The Manager of Infection supervises and directs nursing care and all related activities in the area, according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and units in order to assure the highest quality of patient care: included responsibility for environment, staff personnel, materials and equipment control. The Infection Control Manager Analyzes and evaluates nursing care in the units, provides continuing education for all personnel and orientation for new personnel.

Qualifications:

BSN Required

CA RN License Required

At least 3 years experience in Hospital Infection Leadership

CIC Required

Union/Labor Relations Experience
