The Infection Control Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all operations and comprehensive nursing care within the Infection Prevention Department.
This position entails supervising and guiding nursing practices and associated activities, ensuring adherence to the hospital's policies and procedures, with the ultimate goal of delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include managing the environment, staff, resources, and equipment effectively.
The Infection Control Manager is also tasked with assessing and reviewing nursing practices across various units, facilitating ongoing education for all staff members, and providing orientation for newly hired personnel.
Key Qualifications:
- BSN Required
- California RN License Required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Hospital Infection Leadership
