Role Description Responsible for leading GUY’s business development and managing the preparation of proposals and presentations (from start to finish). Research business development opportunities in all potential markets of GUY’s core competencies. Coordinate all aspects of marketing activities and promotional items, and assist with internal marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include communication with customers, coordinating sales activities, planning events, writing marketing materials, and managing projects. The position is located in Tulsa, OK, but some work-from-home is acceptable. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is desirable Exceptional planning, organizational, proofreading, writing, and formatting skills working on proposals, presentation materials, press releases, and general business correspondence 3+ years of proposal and presentation development experience, preferably in the A/E industry Proficiency in MS Office suite required. Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite preferred Professional writing, strong proofreading and editing, and page layout with graphics ability preferred Demonstrated ability to coordinate sales activities, including tracking metrics and analyzing market trends Strong writing skills to create and edit marketing content for various media and audiences Project management skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision Experience in civil engineering or related fields is a plus.
