SCOPE OF DUTIES

The duties of the Contracts Administrator shall include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

Administers company contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintains the company’s contract software/database and repository.

Initial drafting of contracts, keep track of contract versions, updates, and revisions. Manage incoming and outgoing communications related to contracts.

Prepares and maintains training materials for all business units related to vendor contracts.

Creates PowerPoint presentations for the legal department as needed.

Assists in all areas of contract administration as directed, including but not limited to data entry, document preparation, filing, record keeping administration, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide administrative support as directed by supervisors, which may include data entry, document preparation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional clerical duties as directed, including but not limited to drafting, typing, copying, filing, and file management.

All other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Paralegal certificate preferred.

Experience: At least two years of related experience preferred.

Skills:

Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint required.

Demonstrates extreme attention to detail and has strong organizational skills.

Ability to get along well with others.

Effective communication inside and outside of the organization.

Must be willing to board and ride vessels to increase understanding of how this role supports our business.
