Summary:

CTS is offering a 2024 Summer Internship Program. The program will allow students to grow the skills they are acquiring at school but also share their knowledge with the organization. During the program, students will also have opportunities to be mentored by leaders and grow their professional network.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Exercises sound judgment and discretion in the collection and dissemination of information; insures that highly sensitive, proprietary and confidential information is released only to authorized personnel.
  • Assist in all areas of Finance & Accounting with a keen focus on analytics.
  • Analyze high-volume data to investigate, identify and report trends.
  • Utilize data analysis and statistical skills on various projects and activities.
  • Assist with running reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments on ad hoc projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:
  • Pursuing a college or university degree in Finance or a related filed (must be in Junior or Senior year)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Self-starter and comfortable taking initiative while quickly grasping concepts, processes and ideas.
  • Must have excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working Conditions / Environment / Special Requirements
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirementsincluding, OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOT, and State and Federal regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts if required
  • Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations
