Assist with patient administration. Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel . Following up with patients, data entry, and updating personal information are key responsibilities for this position. We are looking for candidates with:

  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software required
  • Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone..
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
