The Analyst I position requires the incumbent to possess knowledge and skills to carry out the following activities:

Review complex invoices with multiple expense types including personnel, operating expenses, professional services, training, and travel.

Provide project implementation and monitor compliance with the project goals of the Title IV-E Match program; including, becoming versed in Title IV-E eligibility requirements for children and parents, as well as special program requirements for attorneys to receive match funds.

Learn program content using policy analysis of Title IV-E eligibility and Judicial Council policy and procedure, help in the creation of programmatic guidelines to administer and manage the Title IV-E match program.

Liaison with legal services organizations and court staff to provide technical assistance on grant requirements and program compliance.

Understand Title IV-E Match Program budgeting and procurement process and analyze monthly expenditures and service reports.

Utilize electronic data reporting system for grant monitoring and, financial and statistical reporting and implementation tools such as OneDrive and Sharepoint and other Office 365 applications.

Draft communications to court leadership, dependency attorney providers, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Office 365 applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook SharePoint, TEAMs and OneDrive.

Candidate should be able to master MS Word functions including the ability to create tables, mail merge and compose and edit letters.
