Key Responsibilities:
The Equity Analyst will be instrumental in executing the Race & Equity Strategic Plan (REAP) alongside the broader Strategic Plan, ensuring that equity-related initiatives are prioritized and effectively implemented.


This role includes:
1. Developing communication materials to enhance understanding of equity priorities.
2. Conducting thorough research and policy analysis to support equity initiatives.
3. Facilitating internal and external collaborations through work groups and committees.
4. Designing and delivering training sessions centered on transportation justice, equity, and tribal matters.
