We are working on behalf of a global top 10 law practice, to recruit a Business Development Manager to work with the firm’s Finance practice group. This manager reports to an Associate Director of Business Development.
This Business Development Manager will foster the promotion and expansion of the recently created Finance practice group. They will create necessary infrastructure within the practice and design and execute business development and marketing strategies to generate new client relationships, expand current ones, and elevate the firm’s market profile.
This sophisticated and creative individual will work collaboratively with attorneys and the broader client and practice development team to strategize, plan, and execute business programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to execute multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of seven to ten years of business development experience in a large, multi-office law firm or other professional services firm coupled with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in marketing or business administration.
