The Coordinator’s main objective is managing events from inception to conclusion, collaborating with the Executive Director and the Development Committee, and creatively supporting our annual grant program. As Event Coordinator, you will act as lead liaison for annual online auction and partner to Executive Director, contract design and admin staff, as well as support the Auction Committee. You will also produce limited events in varied North-Central NM locations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage needs of event partners, vendors, and guest experience for live and online events
Lead event budget creation, run-of-show, and adherence to both
Organize promotional materials, sponsor signage, and vendor supplies.
Prepare and distribute event reports for committees and Board of Directors
Act as co-host with audience, guests, supporting board members/volunteers
Other Information/Requirements:
Minimum three years experience producing events, ideally in the social profit sector. Experience utilizing technology, including: online auction and ticketing platforms, Google Workspace, image and video technologies and MS Office. This position will require Santa Fe office time to overlap with staff each week.
