Description

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Promote HR programs to create an environment that promotes company values and culture
  • Support employees with HR related topics such as leaves, benefit offerings, compensation, etc.
  • Complete new hire onboarding process and process employee terminations
  • Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
  • Maintain employee records, including required certifications and/or licenses
  • Maintain and update calendars for meeting spaces and studios
  • Utilize Paycom HRIS for recruiting and data management
  • Use mature, solid judgment at all times when dealing with sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Ensure follow-up and timely completion of reports and projects as assigned to meet deadlines
  • Work independently with reasonable guidance on a variety of special projects
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • Proven experience working with an HRIS, preferably Paycom
  • Previous experience coordinating special projects/events desired
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows based operating system
  • Knowledge of G Suite software
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Work environment: Fast-paced, in-person office setting
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours a day
  • May be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required
  • Specific vision abilities required due to viewing computer terminals and company data
