Role Responsibilities

The HR Operations Specialist will deliver expertise and support from our corporate office, focusing on various aspects of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This position is vital in enhancing the experience of both employees and candidates by overseeing the entire interviewing process, including scheduling, travel coordination, data management, onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Recruiting Team and internal Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and background checks.
  • Establish efficient processes to ensure accurate and current records of candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Represent the organization at Career and Job Events.
  • Assist with the integration and optimization of HR systems, including task tracking, documentation, monitoring timelines, and resource management.
  • Support various HR functions with ad hoc projects and tasks, encompassing operations, compensation and benefits, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives by assessing HR processes and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, ensuring data accuracy and compliance in HRIS.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting, with proficiency in ADP or similar HR systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional HR teams and business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret information and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Knowledge of HR practices, including compensation, benefits, talent management, and operations.
  • Experience working with senior leadership.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with external organizations.
  • Project management skills and experience in launching initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
