Financial Analyst I

Raven Ridge is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst I to join our team in Manchester, NH. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations through month-end closing, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in the compilation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business operations and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Management Team and Executive Management to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business operations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 per year.
