PURPOSE AND SCOPE: This position is responsible for supporting the optimization of Rite Hite’s capital performance, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and enhancing liquidity. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of Treasury & Financial Risk. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, strong financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Conduct in-depth analysis of the company’s capital planning efforts, including working capital components (accounts receivable/accounts payable/inventory) and CAPEX spending. Assist in the development and enhancement of short and long-term capital planning policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable policy and best practices. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making related to working capital management and CAPEX spending, including scenario analysis and budget tracking. Develop and implement working capital management strategies to minimize cash conversion cycle, reduce working capital requirements, and improve overall liquidity position. Monitor key capital metrics, processes, and performance indicators, such as DSO, DPO, and CAPEX ROI, to provide regular insights and recommendations to management. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency of capital planning. Develop and prepare regular reports and presentations for management, summarizing company performance, trends, and improvement initiatives along with actionable insights. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance the company's practices and strategies. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management to drive strategic objectives and initiatives. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 2-5 years of experience in progressive finance roles 1-2 years previous experience working with capital management and/or corporate finance Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CTP, FPAC) is a plus. KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and modern software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively outside the finance department and across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Understanding of cash flow forecasting techniques and liquidity management principles. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
