Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of leadership and managing a team.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting* Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations* Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts* Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement* Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting* Assist with audits and provide necessary financial information to auditors* Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance* CPA certification preferred* 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance* Previous experience in a supervisory role* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
