We are seeking a National Sales Manager responsible for meeting current sales goals and developing new business within an existing account base as well as prospecting new accounts within the home décor industry.


Experience Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working with major accounts such as Target and other national specialty accounts.
  • Analyze the account’s needs and develop product in conjunction with Brand Managers.
  • Develop compelling product presentations along with brand management team.
  • 7 + years' experience in a sales leadership position
  • Experience in analyzing KPI's to measure success of sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry, competitive products, and the market.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of customers, products, and business terms.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Acquire a complete understanding of the customer's needs, the marketplace, and sales trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments and upper management to identify business goals.
