Procellis Technology's Accountant/Office Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by seamlessly blending the disciplines of accounting and office management to ensure smooth operational flow.
The Accountant/Office Manager oversees the daily financial transactions of the company, including payroll processing, invoicing, and tracking accounts receivable/payable to ensure accuracy and timely execution. This position analyzes financial data and prepares information for corporate tax preparation.
Procellis' Accountant/Office Manager develops and implements office policies and procedures to maintain an efficient, organized, and compliant accounting office environment. In conjunction with the CFO, this position implements GAAP accounting standards and ensures correct coding for input and reimbursement
processing. This position is responsible for timely and accurate financial
reporting by analyzing monthly sales tax reports and tracking capital gains and losses. This position reconciles financial statements and manages day-to-day operations, including vendor relationships, purchasing, and leasing.
The Accountant/Office Manager must have excellent communication and leadership skills to help management develop practical accounting and financial approaches, as well as responding to staff inquiries and concerns, overseeing accounts receivables, and maintaining the stability of the organization's cash management.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily financial transactions, including payroll processing, invoicing, and tracking accounts receivable/payable to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain an efficient, organized, and compliant accounting office environment.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for review by senior management.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits by providing necessary documents and explanations to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
Manage office supply inventory and procurement, ensuring that all necessary accounting and office materials are available and cost-
effectively sourced.
Oversee daily financial transactions, including payroll processing, invoicing, and tracking accounts receivable/payable to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain an efficient, organized, and compliant accounting office environment.

Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent understanding of Accounting principles
Hands-on Experience with financial reporting and budget management
Leadership and organizational skills
Budget Forecasting
Cash flow Management experience
Payroll experience
Strong background with QuickBooks Online
Critical thinking and analytical skills
MS 365 Office Suite skills
