Lead service on assigned book(s) of business by organizing internal resources and delegating work. Respond promptly and accurately to client service needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers. Maintain insurance knowledge and expertise. Provide client service relating to assigned book of business, including responding to customer service problems, coverage reviews, policy processing, and claims handling. Collaborate with team members regularly to discuss workload and provide necessary support. Work on new business and renewals, prepare applications and proposals, and assist in selecting placement markets. Invoice policy premiums, review aged accounts receivable, and assist in the collection process. Organize workflow, participate in meetings, and comply with company guidelines and procedures. Qualifications:

Education:

High School or better. Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software, two years of property and casualty insurance experience or education in commercial insurance. Preferred:

Ability to work between 8am to 5pm, broad knowledge of insurance markets and products, understanding of workflow procedures, and sales service processes. Licenses & Certifications:

Preferred INSL - Casualty and INSL - Property.
