Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to lead teams through all stages of project delivery.
  • Capacity to review the work of others for accuracy and completeness while managing time effectively to adhere to project budgets and timelines.
  • Technical proficiency in all relevant design areas and familiarity with various design methodologies.
  • Strong skills in time management, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
  • Understanding of client expectations, proposal development, and basic financial principles.
  • Excellent client interaction and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with WisDOT/transportation project development, roadway design, and oversight of transportation facility construction.
  • Proficient in Autocad/Civil 3D and knowledgeable about the latest design standards and delivery requirements.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Wisconsin.
  • Over 10 years of experience in transportation engineering and management.
